CONTRACT 

-Photograher has right to all photos taken. 
-No raw photos will be released. 
-Photos must not be altered in any way. All photos are edited how photographer sees fit, no edits by self or anyone else will be permitted. 
-Turn around time for basic photo shoots are up to 3 weeks.                      -Turn around time for weddings is up to 60 days.

-Deposit is due at time of booking.
-Remainer of cost will be due on session date.
-If cancelled within less than 48 hours in advance or no shows; deposit can not be transferred to new date. New deposit will need to be made before booking again. 
-Prices include for travel up to 30 miles, any further will be an extra charge.
